Sweet Potato Casserole with marshmallows recipe

Ingredients:
5 large sweet potatoes or yams
half a stick of butter
1 – 1/2 cup of Bakers coconut flakes
2-3 Tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 package of small marshmallows
9X12 inch baking pan
Directions:
Cut the sweet potato into 1 1/2 square’d pieces with the skin and put into boiling water. Let them boil until they are soft.
Preheat oven onto 350. Peel the skins off the potato and put all the pieces into a 9X12 baking pan. Slice butter into many different pieces and spread all over. Spread the brown sugar, coconut flakes and nuts into the potatoes. Cover with mini marshmallows. Spray tin foil with Pam and cover baking dish. Place in oven for about 20 minutes until the ingredients seem to have melted well. Take off tin foil and leave in oven until the marshmallows are browned a little bit. Take out and enjoy!
